Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products, except as we may determine in our sole discretion. All products are offered “as is.” If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shop@laika.com and we will do our best to make it right.
We may accept exchanges for certain apparel items. Apparel must be unwashed and unworn, with all original tags attached. You may request an exchange for an apparel item within 30 days of placing your order by contacting us at shop@laika.com. Exchanges are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to offer exchanges in our sole discretion. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with additional details or process your exchange. Additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
To change or cancel an order you placed, please contact us at shop@laika.com. Please include your order number. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. We will not be able process any changes or cancellations if your order has already been processed.
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If you receive any damaged or defective products, please take a photo of the damaged area(s) and provide them to us at shop@laika.com. Please include your order number. We may require photos and other information to verify your purchase.
We strive to accurately describe every product we offer. However, there may be inadvertent errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site or as it relates to our products. We do not warrant that product specifications, pricing, or other information are complete, accurate, current, or error-free. If you receive an item that does not match its description, please contact us at shop@laika.com. Please include your order number. We may require additional information to verify your purchase.
Exchanges, refunds, or replacements are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right, but are not obligated to, offer exchanges, refunds or replacements in our sole discretion.
Cash is not accepted. We do not offer any cash refunds. We accept credit card payments through most major credit cards.
Gift cards are not eligible for any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
For purchases outside of the continental United States, you understand that you may be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, and other costs associated with your order.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes
Our domestic economy shipping rates are as follows:
- U.S. orders under $50 cost $5
- U.S. orders between $50-$99 cost $8
- U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping
Our 2-day domestic economy shipping rates are as follows:
- U.S. orders under 6 lbs cost $25
- U.S. orders over 6 lbs cost $30
International shipping rates vary by country and weight, and will be calculated during checkout.
On average:
- Domestic economy orders take 5-8 business days
- 2-day economy orders take 1-2 business days
- International orders take 6-18 business days
